Returns & Refunds:
Orders that have been returned to us either due to non-collection, have an incorrect address or delivery is refused, will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you have any queries regarding your products.
If you wish to return a product please email us at mailme@studiorenate.com so we can help. We are only able to accept items up to 28 days from when the order has been placed.
